Plan social media work where it happens. Each brand in OutReply has a Kanban board: create projects, add tasks with priorities and due dates, assign them to teammates and drag them from To Do to Done.
Today, upcoming and calendar views keep deadlines in sight, and the board sits next to the inbox, calendar and approvals it supports.

How the board works
Create a project
Projects sit inside a brand, for example "Spring launch" or "Weekly content", each with a title and a short description.
Add tasks
Give each task a title, a description, a priority of Low, Medium or High, and optional start and due dates.
Assign the team
Add the brand's collaborators to the project and assign one or more of them to each task.
Move the cards
Drag tasks between To Do, In Progress and Done, and reorder them within a column as priorities change.

What social media teams put on the board
Anything that isn't a post or a reply yet. A few typical cards, and where the work gets done once the card moves:
- "Film three Reels for the spring launch" (High, due Friday), then schedule them with post preview and scheduling.
- "Write captions for next week" with the AI Content Wizard.
- "Clear the comments on the giveaway post" in the social media inbox.
- "Update the link-in-bio page for the sale" with bio links.
- "Review last month's growth and top posts" in social media analytics.
Part of the brand, not another app
Projects live inside a brand, so an agency sees each client's work separately, and task access has its own Task Manager permission: a designer can see the board without reaching your DMs or analytics. There's nothing extra to buy. The board is included on Free, Advanced and Elite and doesn't use AI credits.

Yes. The task board is available on Free, Advanced and Elite, and it doesn't use AI credits.
Who can be assigned to a task?
Collaborators on the brand. Add them to the project, then assign one or more people to each task.
Can I limit who sees the board?
Yes. The Task Manager permission controls access to the board separately from messaging, publishing and analytics.
Can I see deadlines on a calendar?
Yes. The calendar view shows tasks by date, alongside the today, upcoming and completed lists.
